Osaka-Kyoto Trip

My trip to Osaka and Kyoto was super fruitful. The satisfaction i felt after getting around Kyoto all on my own was even more fulfilling.

The Shopping in Osaka was totalllly awsome! every store in the world can definitely be found there.
i stayed at the hilton and Chanel  was literallly at my door step. Literally at level 1. can u believe it? neither can i.

Kyoto was very traditional and that was what i was after. And also not forgetting the highlight of my trip 'hoping to see Geisha's' WHICH I DID.
Firstly, geisha's dont just come out at any time, it is based on pure luck . PURE LUCK. 'so im saying im friggin lucky'
I researched and found that they frequent a street that housed tea houses. i went down that street but didnt see any.
I went touring the gion area and visited the shops i wanted. i visited the oldest shop selling authentic geisha hair pins and obviously got myself one and along with that a small geisha comb. :)
While at the store i was lucky to meet the owner of the store. i asked him questions about geisha's and also the best place to see one.
He gave me a tip and told me to head to the street where they reside. As evening hit , i made my way there and to my astonishment, i saw not 1 but 3 of them. 1 was a Geiko and 2 were Maiko's.
Lucky Lucky me!
I was sooo damn excited! best thing ever!

The train ride to gion-shijo was about an hour, the train stations were crowded esp the main stations.
The trains are super cool, theres too much to say about how awsome they were.
Even toilets play a waterfall sound when u sit on the bowl to tke a weeee.

Besides my main aim to see geisha. i also wanted to visit the fushimi-inari temple. It was 2nd on my list as it was simply enchanting in photos. In real life it was even more enchanting. Truely an experience!
I made wishes on the miniature bamboo gate and hung them up, made a wish also at the heavy-light stone.

Oh yea! i also went to Nishiki Market. Can simply go crazy there. So many shops selling yummie things!!!!

OHOHOH Unagi Kabayaki, BEST BEST BEST, chikuyo tei. YUMMMMMMMMMMMS
